KINGMAN - Station 66 and Elks Lodge members pose in front of Station 66 recently. They hope to have people lined along Route 66 off I-40 and the Andy Devine exit (by Burger King) with flags, signs and other shows of support when the Run for the Wall comes through at about 1 p.m. Wednesday.

They want people to give these veterans "the homecoming they deserved" and also honor MIAs/POWs.

From left to right are Elk of the Year Gale Clark; Korean War veteran and Elks' Veterans' Committee Chairman Dick Hardin; Arizona State Coordinator of the Midway Route Run for the Wall and Manager of Station 66 Rachel Duhaime; (front) Vietnam Veteran and Inner Guard of Elks Norbert Ragone; co- Station 66 co-owner Susan Collins; Exalted Ruler of Elks and U.S. Navy Veteran Ken Coombs; and Elks Trustee and public relations committee member Roger Christianson.

"If it wasn't for these gentlemen we wouldn't have the right to be standing here today. We need to educate future generations," Rachel Duhaime said.
