Obituary: Michael E D Kramer
Mike Kramer was called home by the angels on March 18, 2014. Mike had a short, but brave, battle with cancer.
Mike was a loving son, husband, father and grandpa. He is survived in death by his mother, Helen Kramer of Sparks, Nev.; wife, Nina Kramer of Kingman; son, Nicholas Kramer of Lake Havasu City; son, Kody Kramer of Sparks; and daughters, Jordan Boothby and Sydney Kramer of Kingman. Mike has three grandchildren, Trinity and Tayla Kramer of Lake Havasu City and G. Michael Ruiz of Kingman.
Mike grew up in Johnstown, N.Y. Mike lived in the Reno/Sparks area for 35 years before moving to Kingman. Northern Nevada was home for Mike and his family until he retired. Mike loved to ride his Harley Davidson; this prompted his move to Kingman. Mike retired from Sara Lee Bakery Group after 28 years in December of 2008. When Mike retired, he traded his snow boots for flip-flops and shorts.
A memorial service is planned at the family's residence at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24.
