Indictments: Kingman man faces 15 abuse counts

KINGMAN - A Kingman man who allegedly sexually molested three children three years ago when he, too, was a minor was indicted on 15 felony charges when the Mohave County Grand Jury convened last week.

Danny Eugene Douglas Jr., 18, was taken into custody Dec. 23 following a two-month investigation conducted by the Mohave County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged crimes occurred when Douglas resided with a Fort Mohave family for a short period. The children were 6-, 8-, and 11-years-old at the time.

Detectives in the course of the investigation learned Douglas was wanted on a sexual assault warrant issued in El Paso County, Colo., and a drug paraphernalia warrant issued by Navajo County.

Initially charged with three counts of sexual assault per domestic violence and a single count of child molestation when he was arrested Dec. 23, Douglas now faces many more counts.

The grand jury indicted him on seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor under the age of 12 by domestic violence, seven counts of sexual assault of a minor under the age of 12 by domestic violence and one count of child molestation by domestic violence.

The investigation began in October after the mother of the three children told detectives she was recently made aware of the allegations.

The case was assigned to Judge Steven Conn. Douglas will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Mohave County jail, where all arraignments will be held unless otherwise noted.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Devin Cru Kindig: Second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft.

Judge Billy Sipe was assigned the case.

• Chad Brent Hanna and Tiffany Marie McMillon: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor charges of false reporting to law enforcement officer and driving on a suspended license.

Judge Lee Jantzen was assigned the cases.

• Timothy Michael Horkans: Four counts of aggravated domestic violence.

Conn was assigned the case.

• Stephanie Dietze-Racher: Possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Damien Moore: Theft of means of transportation and aggravated DUI.

• Sean Steven Scott: Aggravated assault by domestic violence and robbery.

• Kailey Marie Pierozek: Possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft and misdemeanor assault by domestic violence.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• Jerry Jay Vives and Mickey Pollard: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

Conn was assigned the cases. Vives will be arraigned Friday at the jail Conn arraigned Pollard Monday.

• Erlinda Maria Garzon: Disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence.

• Jose Luis Martinez Jr.: Kidnapping by domestic violence and theft of means of transportation.

• Kathleen Denise Hendershot: First-degree criminal trespass and two counts of aggravated assault.

• Dart James Delory: Theft of means of transportation, second-degree burglary and second-degree escape.

Sipe was assigned the case.

• David Allen Bryant: Unlawful imprisonment by domestic violence, aggravated assault, resisting arrest and a misdemeanor count of assault by domestic violence.
