Charges returned in methamphetamine case

KINGMAN - For the second time in less than two months, a Kingman man has been indicted for allegedly selling methamphetamine.

Robert Lopez Figueroa, 36, was arrested June 30 following a traffic stop in the area of Powell Avenue and Bank Street.

Deputies knew Figueroa's driver's license was suspended when they spotted him driving. He was taken into custody and a search allegedly revealed he had about $1,200 in cash on him. Also taken into custody was his passenger, 25-year-old Tiffany Marie McMillon.

A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed three separate containers holding slightly more than one ounce of methamphetamine.

The Mohave County Grand Jury indicted Figueroa and McMillon on felony counts of possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Figueroa was indicted for alleged meth sales following an arrest in May.

Judge Lee Jantzen arraigned them Tuesday.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Brandon David Register: Aggravated domestic violence and two counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence.

Jantzen will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 14.

• Andrew James Parris: Aggravated assault and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

Judge Steven Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Kyle Dewane Fox: Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Billy Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. July 20.

•Wesley Kane Hauer: Aggravated domestic violence.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Richard Thomas Gainey: Theft of means of transportation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Aaron Lee Hinz: Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Christine Amanda Reed: Second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Conn will arraign her at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Manuel De Jesus Garcia Jr.: Two counts of second-degree burglary, theft and first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Robert James Brown: Two counts of aggravated harassment by domestic violence and first-degree criminal trespass.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

• Patrick Michael Haslem: Four counts of sexual abuse.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Cesar Eliud Quintero: Aggravated assault.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Patrick Richard Martin: Possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sipe will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

• Jaime Perez-Ramirez: Possession of methamphetamine for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

Jantzen arraigned him Tuesday.

• Phillip Seth Krumwiede: Unlawful flight from pursuing law enforcement vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Conn will arraign him at 8:30 a.m. Monday.
