Kingman Middle School band raising money with rummage sale

KINGMAN - The Kingman Middle School Band Boosters will be hosting its Seventh Annual Rummage Extravaganza fundraiser from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday in the Kingman Middle School parking lot, 1969 Detroit Ave.

Due to district budget cuts, the band boosters are looking to supplement the Kingman Middle School bands and fund competitions, travel and equipment purchases and maintenance. The bands currently have 100 members.

Band members will also be performing during the rummage sale.

Donations of sale items are being sought to help the band raise money. The boosters are looking for household items, furniture, toys and more for the sale. Those looking to donate can drop off items at the Kingman Middle School parking lot. Receipts for donations to this non-profit, 501(3)c organization are available upon request.

Pick up of larger items may be arranged by contacting the KMS Band Boosters at or (928)323-4214.
