One person dies in wreck on Highway 68
KINGMAN - A Kingman man died and two other residents were injured following a crash Tuesday afternoon on Highway 68, roughly six miles from Bullhead City.
Michael Scott Coulter, 22, died at the scene.
A Plymouth sedan was disabled and partially blocking one of the eastbound lanes when a Lincoln passenger car driven by Dores Cleveland Trilby Sr., 83, struck the rear of the Plymouth, pushing it into the median, just before 1:30 p.m.
Trilby and the driver of the Plymouth, Amber Dawn Jackson, 22, were taken to Western Arizona Medical Center in Bullhead City and have since been released.
Coulter, who was also in the Plymouth, was wearing his seatbelt, but it did not prevent his fatal injuries, according to a Department of Public Safety spokesman.
