KFD wants input from stakeholders today

KINGMAN - The Kingman Fire Department is looking for feedback on operations and improvements and is asking citizens come out and talk.

The department is holding its first annual Community Stakeholders Strategic Planning Meeting at 10 a.m. today.

The meeting will be held at Station 2, at 1605 Harrison St.

"We want to talk to them about their concerns with the fire department," said KFD Battalion Chief Chris Angermuller "We think we're doing things right, but when you get the input of outsiders it helps to gauge where you're at with community expectations. We get to interact with the public so they see what we do."

Visitors will be given a tour of the station, however no food or drinks will be provided and the department recommends children stay at home. Parking on the side of the station is permissible.

Call Kingman Fire Administration at 928-753-2891 for more information.
