KINGMAN – Kingman Police arrested Chance Brandon Anderson, 36, of Kingman Sunday on a felony charge of threatening or intimidating physical injury and a warrant and Troy Lee Wells, 48, of Kingman for felony and misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure.

According to KPD spokeswoman Jennifer Sochocki, the arrests happened when police responded to a fight between neighbors at a home in the 2700 block of Wallapai Avenue.

Officers arrived and contacted Wells, who had injuries on his face from the fight. Officers also talked to Anderson and took him into custody. Anderson reportedly admitted involvement in the fight and was booked into the Mohave County jail.

During the investigation, police learned Wells had allegedly exposed himself to two girls earlier this month. Wells denied involvement, but was ultimately booked into the Mohave County jail.
