CFIC scholarship available for Kingman students

KINGMAN - The Community and Family Interest Clubs (CFIC), which includes Kingman Morning Glories and The Meadview Quail Club, have a scholarship program available for students in Kingman High School, Kingman Academy of Learning, Pass/Pals School and 4-H members. Students can pick up packets at their respective schools.

The Meadview Quail and Kingman Morning Glories raised enough money to give nine Mohave high school students each a $1,000 scholarship last year.

CFIC scholarship program will host an indoor yard sale benefit March 3, at St. John’s United Methodist Church (1730 Kino Ave).

The scholarship committee will announce this year’s winners in April at the CFIC meeting. For more information, contact Jeanne Ensign at 928-757-0474.
