Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Timothy Victor Lewis, 30, of Kingman early morning Dec. 22 on a felony warrant for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia issued by Kingman Justice Court. During the search of Lewis, a green powder substance was allegedly found in a small clear bag. The powder field-tested positive for opioids. Lewis advised deputies that the bag and powder was not his. He reported that some other male subject had been wearing his pants the day before. He was charged with Possession of a Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both felonies. Lewis was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies Nicole Ann Buus, 34, of Kingman, Dec. 23 for Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of Drug paraphernalia, both felonies. Deputies made a traffic stop in the 2800 block of McVicar. The driver was identified as Nichole Anne Buus. Buus had a suspended driver’s license, and the vehicle was searched before the tow truck arrived. Deputies allegedly found a glass pipe with residue inside the vehicle and Deputies reported Buus admitted to having a small clear bag hidden on her person that contained crystal meth. Deputies found there was a usable amount of a crystalized substance in the bag. The substance field tested positive for amphetamines. Buss was booked into the Mohave County Sheriff’s office.
DUI, drugs arrest
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jennifer Marie Kenosky, 32, of Phoenix, Dec. 23 for misdemeanor Extreme DUI, Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies were called to a suspicious vehicle off Franconia Road in the Yucca area. BNSF had contacted the sheriff’s office reference a vehicle that was so close to the tracks they shut down all trains in that area. Deputies found Jennifer Kenosky behind the wheel, stuck next to the tracks. Kenosky was arrested for DUI and her blood alcohol content was reportedly found to be twice the legal limit. Loose inside the vehicle, deputies purported to locate different types of pills, found to be prescription narcotics and a useable amount of marijuana. Kenosky did not have a prescription for any of the above. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jon Jesse Jay Wade, 27, of Kingman, Dec. 22 on a felony warrant for Probation Violation, issued by Mohave County Superior Court. Early Friday afternoon deputies made contact with wade in the 1500 block of Devlin in reference to his warrant. Wade was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard Douglas Robbins, 54, of Fort Mohave, Christmas Eve for Failure to Appear, original charges of Unlawful Means of Transportation, Possession of narcotics and Drug Paraphernalia, issued out of Maricopa County Superior Court. Robbins initially gave deputies a false name. He was also charged with Refusal to give his true name, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
