God bless all of our troops and their families. Thank you for the risks you take and the sacrifices you make for all of us.
Restaurants need to clean up their acts column – Food service changed dramatically after World War II. From eating canned vegetables in the ‘30s to fine dining in the ‘50s. We should support our restaurants/businesses during this COVID war, even if customer service is down, if we are true U.S. patriots!
How has our country gone so backwards that people are taking horse wormer instead of getting vaccinated? Facebook is not scientific and people on it are not qualified to give medical advice. End the pandemic by getting vaccinated.
Kabul airport attack kills 60 Afghans, 13 military – Never in our long history has anything been so thoroughly screwed up as this Afghanistan debacle under Joe Biden. Thanks to Joe, so many have died. Thanks to Joe, so many more will die. I hang my head in shame.

Two Kingman men arrested on suspicion of luring minors – Not popular sentiment, but more likely authorities using the internet to entrap men into doing something they wouldn’t normally do. Kind of like leaving the bank doors open all night with a sign that reads: “Free money.”
Regional GOP leaders talk politics and pandemic at Havasu event – Ah, yes, the “tin foil hat” bunch is still out there looking under their beds for hoaxes and conspiracies. They sound like a comedy skit for Saturday Night Live, except they actually believe their scripted nonsense.
Obituary: Lester Wade Byram – I’m one of undoubtedly hundreds who had Mr. Byram as a Jr. High teacher and principal. He was a favorite to many; kind, interested, intelligent, happy, always gave us a listening ear. Rest in peace, friend.
