Sheriff’s office seeks public’s assistance in locating robbery suspect
KINGMAN – The Mohave County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male suspect involved in an armed robbery at approximately 3:50 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 in the 900 block of Blake Ranch Road east of Kingman.
MCSO wrote in a news release that an unidentified male suspect went into a gas station and purchased items prior to exiting the store. A few minutes later, the suspect re-entered the store, and reportedly walked around the counter and grabbed the cashier’s arm. According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect pulled out a knife and told the cashier to empty the register and his pockets.
The suspect then left the business with an undisclosed amount of cash along with the cashier’s personal cellphone and wallet. Vehicle information for the suspect is unknown at this time.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 inches tall, with a slender build and multiple hand tattoos. On his left hand is “760” and on his right roman numerals.
He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a Chanel brand ski mask, dark-colored jeans, and black and white skater-type shoes. The suspect was previously seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with “MTV” in yellow lettering, and is described as having a blonde or gray mustache.
A second male subject is being sought for possible knowledge of the suspect or incident. The second male subject was seen speaking with the suspect inside the store prior to the robbery.
