KINGMAN – The Mohave Community Orchestra and Choir will join for a combined holiday concert set for 3 p.m. SAturday, Dec. 18 at Kingman High School, 4182 N. Bank St.

Organizers wrote in a news release that the adult choir is directed by Melissa Brown, while the orchestra, which includes adult and youth musicians, is conducted by Tom Boone.

“The orchestra will be playing Leroy Anderson’s upbeat ‘Sleigh Ride’ and the choir will perform the beautiful ‘Candlelight Carol’ by John Rutter, along with many other classical and contemporary pieces,” the release continued. “The audience can join with the musicians in a Christmas Carol Sing-Along and the Hallelujah Chorus.”

The event will be held in the Aguilar Auditorium.
