Blood drive set for Kingman

KINGMAN – Nonprofit blood services provider Vitalant will hold a community blood drive sponsored by White Cliffs Senior Living in the wellness room at White Cliffs at 3600 Peterson Road in Kingman from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 9.
You must be age 16 or older to donate. Register at vitalant.org.
Blood of all types is urgently needed to address a shortage. Those who donate in August will receive a $6 prepaid gift card to spend on a gallon of gas or whatever they wish, plus a chance to win one of five prepaid gift cards for $3,000.
Blood types O positive and O negative are needed the most.
