Obituary | Wanda Jewell Lawrence

Wanda Jewell Lawrence of Greenhaven, Utah was born Jan. 17 ,1942 in Roswell, New Mexico. She passed away in her home surrounded by her family on March 2, 2023.

Wanda has lived in Roswell, New Mexico; Kingman, Arizona; Eagle Mountain, California, and Kanab, Utah, her final resting place right outside of Page, Arizona.

Wanda loved to dance with her favorite partner in life Gene Cordero. Her favorite hobbies were being a 4-H leader, searching for arrow heads in the desert, a 4x4 off-roading club and watching her birds outside in her yard.

Wanda is survived her life partner Gene Cordero; her three sons, Ray, Darrell and Robert Zumwalt; her daughter Rebecca Wright Richards; a bonus son, Brian Andree; her sister, Becky Gross; brother David Lawrence; 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is proceeded in death by her parents, Roy Dan Lawrence and Hazel Lawrence; siblings Roy Dan Lawrence Jr. and Loretta Reeves; and her favorite dog, Mickey.

A Celebration of Life will be held later this year.
